Anxiety can show up in many ways—constant worry, sudden panic attacks, health-related fears, or stress around social situations. These experiences can feel overwhelming and isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone. In therapy, we use evidence-based approaches like ERP and ACT to help you relate to anxiety differently, gradually face the situations that feel challenging, and reclaim a sense of confidence, calm, and control in your daily life.
OCD is often misunderstood. It’s not about being “neat” or “organized”—it’s about facing intrusive thoughts and fears that can feel hard to control. In therapy, we’ll use ERP and ACT to help you relate to these thoughts differently and gently practice exposures that build confidence, reduce compulsions, and help you reclaim your time and energy from OCD.
Postpartum OCD can feel frightening and confusing, especially when intrusive thoughts go against everything you value as a parent. You are not alone, and these thoughts do not define you. In a supportive, nonjudgmental space, we’ll use ERP and ACT to help you face fears with gentleness, reduce compulsions, and reconnect with yourself and your baby with greater peace and confidence.
