We’re a specialized practice focused on treating OCD and anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). As co-founders, we share a commitment to providing structured, evidence-based care that helps clients make meaningful progress. We’ve built this practice together with a shared vision for accessible, high-quality treatment.

Hi, I’m Kimberly Young Brazill, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. For more than 12 years, my work has centered on helping people break out of the patterns that keep them stuck and reclaim a sense of confidence and freedom.
My background includes years of direct clinical work in a behavioral health nonprofit, where I provided specialized OCD and anxiety treatment, followed by years as a clinical supervisor supporting other therapists in evidence based care. I have also completed advanced OCD training through the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute. I eventually returned to what I love most, working directly with clients, and opened my private practice to offer focused, high quality therapy for OCD and anxiety.
What draws me to this work is seeing what becomes possible when people learn they are stronger than their fears. I’m continually inspired by my clients’ resilience, humor, and willingness to try something new, even when it feels hard.
As your therapist, my role is to be steady, honest, and supportive as we move through the work together. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, face what feels overwhelming, and move toward a life that reflects your values, not your anxiety.
If you’re ready to explore what life can look like without OCD or anxiety calling the shots, I’m here to help you get there.

I’m John Brazill, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in OCD and Anxiety disorders using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), with a focus on helping clients step out of cycles of fear, avoidance, and over-control.
Over the past 12+ years, I’ve worked in a range of behavioral health settings, including high-acuity and structured levels of care where OCD and anxiety can present in more complex and impairing ways. That experience shaped how I think about treatment: clear, structured, and grounded in what actually helps people change their day-to-day relationship with anxiety.
In my private practice, I work primarily with adults navigating OCD, intrusive thoughts, health anxiety, perfectionism, and related anxiety disorders. My approach is straightforward and collaborative. We identify what’s keeping the cycle going, and we work directly with it gently, but consistently.
I’m not interested in overcomplicating therapy. My goal is to help clients understand what’s happening, learn how OCD operates in their life specifically, and build the confidence to respond differently over time.
Clients often tell me they appreciate a mix of clarity and steadiness in our work together. I aim to be direct when it helps, supportive when it’s needed, and focused on helping you actually move forward not just talk about why you feel stuck.
If you’re looking for a structured, evidence-based approach to OCD and anxiety treatment, I’d be glad to work with you.
